Customer Reviews
Good value on sale
I was looking for a padded play mat and found Little Lona during their seasonal clearance. I signed up for the newsletter to get an extra 10% off the 'Botanical' play mat which was already marked down. The total savings made it much more affordable than some other brands I checked out. Shipping was free because my order was over $150. It felt like a really good deal for a high-quality, non-toxic mat. Definitely worth the price I paid.
Mat is great, delivery slow
Ordered 'Terra' play mat. Quality is excellent, very soft. Shipping took too long, almost two weeks. Mat arrived well packaged. Easy to clean. Happy with the mat itself.
Nice mat, baby loves it
Got the 'Harmony' play mat and it's super soft. My baby rolls around on it all day. It came pretty quick too, like a week and a half. Was looking for something easy to clean and this totally fits the bill. It just feels good to have something safe for the little one. Happy with it.
Good mat, long shipping
I ordered the 'Earth Arc' reversible play mat during a sale. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; pretty easy to navigate. It took 12 days to arrive in Nevada, which felt a bit long, but they did say it ships from Australia. The mat itself is good quality. It's thick and the design is nice, blending with my living room decor. Cleaning it has been simple, just a quick wipe. I had a question about the material before buying and their customer service responded within 24 hours, which was helpful. Overall, a solid product, just plan for the shipping time.

Anyone know if their mats are actually non-toxic? Trying to be super careful with baby stuff and some brands just slap that on everything.
Quick question about discounts. If I sign up for the newsletter and get a code, can I use that on a mat that's already in a 'play mat sale' section?
Hey, thinking about grabbing one of these play mats. What's the deal with shipping to like, California? Does it take forever to get here from Australia?
Are the Little Lona mats worth it compared to say, a Henlee one? They look pretty similar in photos but LL is a bit pricier.
Just checking, do they actually take returns if the mat just isn't working out? Like if the color is off or something?
